This Privacy Policy describes how Padel Events LLC d/b/a Jam Padel (“Jam Padel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit jampadelclub.com or any related subdomains, mobile sites, or online booking pages (collectively, the “Website”), book or use our padel courts, attend events, take lessons, purchase products or memberships, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Website or the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide directly, (b) information collected automatically when you use the Website or Services, and (c) information we receive from third parties.
a. Information You Provide Directly
- Identity and Contact Information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, postal address, and emergency contact information.
- Account and Membership Information: username, password, membership tier, profile photo (optional), and player skill level.
- Reservation Information: court bookings, lesson registrations, event signups, and group play participation.
- Payment Information: billing name, billing address, and payment card or bank account details. Payment card details are processed by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
- Health and Liability Acknowledgments: the limited information required by our Liability Waiver, such as confirmation that you have no medical conditions impairing participation. We do not collect medical records.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, contact form, social media, or in person, including coaching feedback or complaints.
- Marketing Preferences: your preferences regarding email and SMS communications.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and clickstream data.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: we use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing. See Section 6 below.
- Location Data: approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Photographs and Video: we and our marketing partners may capture photos and video at the facility for promotional purposes, as described in our Liability Waiver and the Photography/Video Release contained therein.
c. Information from Third Parties
- Booking and reservation platforms used to schedule courts or lessons.
- Payment processors that report transaction status, fraud signals, and chargebacks.
- Marketing and analytics providers that supply audience data and campaign performance.
- Social media platforms when you interact with our pages or sign in using a social account.
- Referrals from other members or invitees who share your contact details to invite you to play.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Website and Services, including processing reservations, memberships, lesson registrations, and event signups.
- Process payments, refunds, and billing inquiries.
- Communicate with you about your account, bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, and customer service issues.
- Send marketing communications, promotional offers, newsletters, and event invitations, where permitted by law and subject to your preferences.
- Personalize your experience, including recommending lessons, programs, or play times.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Website and Services, including troubleshooting, analytics, fraud prevention, and protecting against abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements (including our Liability Waiver, Reservation and Cancellation Policy, and Membership Terms), and protect our rights and the safety of our members, staff, and visitors.
- Use anonymized or aggregated data for any lawful business purpose.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy:
- Service Providers: vendors that help us operate our business, including booking and reservation platforms, payment processors, hosting and cloud providers, email and SMS providers, analytics providers, marketing agencies, and customer support platforms. These providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide their services to us.
- Coaches and Instructors: information necessary to deliver lessons or programs you have registered for, such as your name and contact details.
- Business Partners: co-marketing or event partners with whom you have requested to interact (for example, if you sign up for a co-hosted tournament).
- Legal and Safety: law enforcement, regulators, courts, insurers, or other parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, defend our legal rights, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
- Corporate Transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case information may be transferred to the successor or affiliate.
- With Your Consent: any other sharing for which you provide explicit consent.
4. Photographs, Video, and Likeness
As described in our Liability Waiver, by entering the facility you grant us the right to photograph and record video at the premises and to use such media for promotional, advertising, and other lawful purposes. If you wish to be excluded from a specific photo or video, please notify the staff member capturing the content at the time, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, subject to the terms of the Liability Waiver.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods include, without limitation:
- Liability Waiver records: retained for the longer of (i) the applicable Washington statute of limitations for personal injury claims or (ii) seven (7) years.
- Booking and transaction records: retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Marketing data: retained until you opt out or until the data is no longer relevant.
- Video surveillance: not retained beyond thirty (30) days, except where required to investigate or document an incident.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Operate the Website and remember your preferences (e.g., login state, language).
- Analyze how visitors use the Website (e.g., Google Analytics or comparable tools).
- Deliver and measure marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, or other advertising pixels).

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. State-Specific Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information.
a. “Do Not Sell or Share” Statement
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”). If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism.
b. Categories of Personal Information Collected (CCPA/CPRA)
In the past twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, postal address, IP address, account ID).
- Customer records (billing information, emergency contact, signed waiver records).
- Commercial information (reservations, purchases, memberships, lessons).
- Internet or network activity (browsing history on the Website, interaction with emails and ads).
- Geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address).
- Audio, electronic, or visual information (photographs and video captured at the facility).
- Inferences (skill level, play preferences, marketing audience segmentation).
We do not knowingly collect “sensitive personal information” as defined under the CCPA/CPRA for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

9. “Do Not Track” Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that signals to websites that you do not wish to have your online activities tracked. There is no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. At this time, our Website does not respond differently to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we will honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) for residents of states whose laws recognize them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is, however, completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Website and online Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website. Information regarding minors who play at our facility is provided by, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian as part of the Liability Waiver and other in-person intake processes. 12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including booking platforms, social media, and payment pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.
13. International Visitors
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Website or Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer and processing.
