Membership Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all memberships purchased for the Jam Padel Spring District Pop-Up by Padel Pista (the “Pop-Up”), operated by Padel Events LLC, a Washington limited-liability company doing business as Jam Padel (“Jam Padel”, the “Club”, “We”, or “Us”), located at 12125 NE Spring Blvd, Bellevue, WA, 98005. The Pop-Up is scheduled to operate from approximately June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026 (the “Pop-Up Period”). By purchasing a membership, the member (“Member”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Membership Tiers
Two (2) membership types are offered:
| Tier | Price | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Founder | $1,200 (taxes included) | June 1 – Sept 30 - 2026 |
| Founder Plus | $2,200 (taxes included) | June 1 – Sept 30 - 2026 |
Founder and Founder Plus memberships are limited to a combined total of fifty (50) memberships sold for the Pop-Up Period. Membership is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The club can extend the amount of memberships at its sole discretion.
Membership is personal. A membership entitles only the named Member to the booking and play privileges set forth in these Terms. A padel court accommodates up to four (4) players. Each additional player on the court who is not a Jam Padel member must pay the applicable Standard Walk-In Rate per session and sign the Jam Padel Liability Waiver before play. Detailed rules for additional players are set out in Section 6.6.

6. Booking Rules
6.1 Active Bookings
Founder and Founder Plus members may have up to three (3) active (unplayed) bookings at any time. A new booking may only be created once an existing booking has been completed, played, or cancelled in compliance with Section 8.
6.2 Advance Booking Window
Beginning from the third week of operations:
- Founder: bookings may be made up to fourteen (14) days in advance.
- Founder Plus: bookings may be made up to twenty-one (21) days in advance.
6.3 Daily Play Limit
Founder and Founder Plus members may use either one Court Session (90 minutes) OR one Open Play Session (120 minutes) per calendar day, but not both. Combining a Court Session and an Open Play Session in the same calendar day is not permitted under the membership; the second booking will be charged at the Standard Walk-In Rate.
6.4 Weekly Days Limit
- Founder: up to three (3) days per week of play.
- Founder Plus: up to five (5) days per week of play.
For the purposes of this Section, the week is defined as Monday at 12:00 AM through Sunday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
6.5 Booking Method
All bookings must be made through the Jam Padel booking system. Bookings are subject to court availability, the published operating schedule, and any operational limitations imposed by Jam Padel from time to time.
6.6 Court Sessions and Additional Players
Membership privileges, including booking rights and inclusion of the booked Court Session or Open Play Session in the membership fee, apply only to the named Member. A padel Court Session accommodates up to four (4) players.
Each additional player who shares the court with a Member and who is not themselves a Jam Padel member must:
- Pay the applicable Standard Walk-In Rate for the session, prorated to the player’s portion of the booked time, charged at the rates in effect at the time of play; and
- Sign the Jam Padel Liability Waiver, or have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf if the additional player is a minor, prior to entering the court.
The Member who books the court is responsible for ensuring that all additional players are registered, have signed the Liability Waiver, and have paid the applicable Standard Walk-In Rate prior to the start of the session. Jam Padel reserves the right to charge any unpaid Standard Walk-In Rate for additional players to the booking Member’s payment method on file.
7. Open Play Sessions
Open Play Sessions are scheduled, and subject to availability. Jam Padel will publish an Open Play schedule from time to time and reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel Open Play Sessions due to coach availability, court availability, weather, or operational reasons. A Member’s attendance at an Open Play Session counts toward the daily and weekly limits in Section 6.
8. Cancellation of Bookings and No-Show Policy
8.1 Cancellation Window
Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time.
8.2 Late Cancellation and No-Show Charge
A Member who cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or who fails to attend a booked session (a “No-Show”), will be charged the Standard Walk-In Rate for the booked session. This charge is in addition to the membership fee already paid and will be billed to the Member’s payment method on file.
8.3 Repeated No-Shows
Three (3) or more No-Shows or late cancellations within any rolling 30-day period will result in a suspension of the Member’s booking privileges for seven (7) days. Jam Padel reserves the right to terminate a membership for repeated abuse of the booking system, without refund.
9. Private Lessons (Founder Plus Only)
- Founder Plus members are entitled to four (4) private lessons of sixty (60) minutes each.
- Lessons are available Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Lessons are subject to coach availability and must be scheduled in advance through the Jam Padel booking system.
- All lessons must be redeemed on or before September 30, 2026. Unused lessons expire and have no cash value.
- Lessons are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, gifted, or refunded.
- The 24-hour cancellation rule in Section 8 applies to private-lesson bookings; late cancellations or no-shows for a private lesson forfeit that lesson.
10. Pro Shop Discount and Credit
10.1 Discount
Founder and Founder Plus members receive a 10% discount on regular-priced merchandise in the Jam Padel pro shop. The discount does not apply to sale items, special orders, gift cards, or court fees.
Racquet limit. The 10% discount may be applied to a maximum of one (1) racquet (paddle) purchase per Member during the Pop-Up Period. Subsequent racquet purchases are not eligible for the membership discount.
10.2 Pro Shop Credit (Founder Plus only)
Founder Plus members receive $400.00 in pro-shop credit (the “Credit”). The Credit:
- Applies to in-store purchases of regular-priced merchandise.
- Cannot be combined with the 10% discount on the same line item.
- Has no cash value and is non-refundable.
- Must be used on or before September 30, 2026; any unused balance expires.
- Is non-transferable except as part of a permitted membership transfer under Section 13.
11. Welcome Kit
Founder and Founder Plus members receive a welcome kit. Welcome kits are expected to be available for distribution beginning July 2026; until welcome kits are available, the Club will hold each Member’s kit for collection and will notify the Member by email when their kit is ready. The contents of the welcome kit are determined by Jam Padel and may vary. Welcome-kit items are not refundable. Replacement of lost or damaged items is at the Member’s expense.
12. Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period
After the 7-day Cooling-Off Period, memberships are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for, including but not limited to:
- Lifestyle changes (relocation, schedule changes, lack of use).
- Personal injury or illness. Members are encouraged to maintain personal medical and accident insurance.
- Dissatisfaction with the facility, programming, or other members.
- Suspension or termination of the membership for cause under Section 8 or Section 15.
Refunds are available only as set out in Section 17 (Force Majeure) or where required by applicable law.
13. Transfer of Membership
A membership may be transferred to another individual subject to all of the following:
- Submission of a written request to Jam Padel describing the proposed transfer.
- Approval by Jam Padel, which may be granted or withheld in our reasonable discretion.
- Payment of a non-refundable transfer fee of $75.00.
- The receiving individual signing these Terms and any other agreements required by Jam Padel.
- One (1) transfer is permitted per membership.
- Transfer of a Founder Plus membership transfers any unused private lessons and any unused Pro Shop Credit, subject to the same expiry dates.
14. No Freeze or Pause
Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or extended for personal reasons, including but not limited to travel, injury, or illness. The Pop-Up Period dates apply uniformly to all memberships.
15. Conduct, Suspension, and Termination
15.1 Conduct
Members agree to follow Jam Padel’s facility rules and the directions of staff. Members are expected to behave courteously toward other members, guests, staff, and visitors.
15.2 Suspension or Termination
Jam Padel reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, without refund, for any of the following:
- Repeated violation of these Terms.
- Disruptive, harassing, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
- Damage to Jam Padel property.
- Fraudulent payment, chargebacks, or attempts to circumvent these Terms.
- Repeated No-Shows beyond the standard set out in Section 8.3.
- Any other behavior that Jam Padel reasonably deems to warrant suspension or termination.
16. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Padel is a physical sport and Members participate at their own risk. Members are responsible for their own physical condition and equipment, and are encouraged to maintain personal medical, liability, and accident insurance. Jam Padel is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or other damages arising from use of the facility, except where such liability cannot lawfully be limited.
A separate liability waiver may be required prior to first play and forms part of the membership agreement.
17. Force Majeure and Closure
17.1 Delayed Opening
If the Pop-Up facility is not constructed and operational by its scheduled opening date of June 1, 2026, Jam Padel will use reasonable efforts to extend the end of the Pop-Up Period by a number of days equivalent to the delay. Where extension is not feasible, Jam Padel will provide a pro-rated refund of the membership fee corresponding to the days of delay. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section does not apply to temporary inability to play due to weather conditions, and any pro-rated refund under this Section applies only to the membership fee and not to any Private Lesson entitlements (Section 9) or Pro Shop Credit (Section 10.2), which remain subject to their original terms.
17.2 Force Majeure and Operational Closures
If Jam Padel is required to close, materially reduce operations, or cancel programming for reasons beyond its reasonable control — including without limitation acts of government, weather, fire, public-health orders, building emergency, loss of license to operate, or other force-majeure events — Jam Padel will:
- Use reasonable efforts to provide make-up sessions or extend the Pop-Up Period; or
- Where extension is not feasible, provide a pro-rated refund of the membership fee for the unused portion of the Pop-Up Period.
18. Modifications to These Terms
Jam Padel may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Members in writing (including by email) with at least fourteen (14) days’ advance notice. Continued use of the membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
21. Order of Precedence
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any booking confirmation, receipt, marketing material, or other communication, these Terms control. Any such discrepancy is a technical or display issue and will be corrected upon notice.
